Delivery Timeline & Processing

  • Standard Shipping: Under normal transit conditions, your order will typically arrive within 6 to 10 business days after it has been shipped.
  • Exceptional Circumstances: In rare cases or during peak seasons, delivery may take up to 7 to 14 business days. Should there be a minor delay in tracking updates due to courier backlogs, we appreciate your grace and patience as we work closely with carriers to secure your package.
  • Business Days Only: Order processing and transit operate strictly on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays). Orders placed over the weekend or during public holidays will be lovingly prepared on the following business day.

Order Modifications & Address Responsibility

  • The 24-Hour Grace Period: To ensure swift dispatch, we only accept requests to update shipping addresses or exchange items within 24 hours of order placement.
  • Finalized Orders: Once this 24-hour window closes or after the order has been fulfilled, we are unable to alter, redirect, or cancel your shipment.
  • Address Accuracy: It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a complete and valid shipping address at checkout. CamelliaX cannot be held liable, nor can we reship or refund orders that fail to deliver due to incorrect, incomplete, or invalid address information provided by the customer.

  • Transit & Clearances: International delivery times generally average 6 to 10 business days but may fluctuate. CamelliaX is not responsible for unexpected delays caused by factors beyond our control, including severe weather, carrier service disruptions, or local customs inspection protocols.
  • Taxes & Duties: All international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes (such as VAT), and administrative fees levied by your local government. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We highly recommend reviewing your local customs thresholds prior to finalizing your purchase.
